a) Certified Licensed Contractors
THERMOTEK™ offers a training program to our contractors to ensure they maximize the utility from all our THERMOTEK™ products by reducing project costs and installation time while providing our customers a roof restoration, re-roofing or new construction application with an excellent quality and a great performance.
Our THERMOTEK™ Contractor-Training Program includes:

- Surface Preparation
- Application Techniques
- Quality Control
- Warranty Information
Besides the THERMOTEK™ Contractor-Training Program, THERMOTEK™ qualifies our CLC (Certified Licensed Contractors) based on several criteria, covering the contractor’s overall business operations and its track history in quality workmanship and performing roof installations. Our Approved Contractor criteria include:
- CLC must have Scope of operations including types of systems, available crews and equipment.
- CLC must prove financial responsibility, involvement and leadership with industry associations.
- CLC must have been in business as a professional roofing contractor for a minimum of 5 years.
- CLC must have demonstrated the ability to safely, responsibly, and completely install roofing membranes, silicone and elastomeric acrylic systems according to the designated roof specifications.
- CLC must provide proof of liability and property damage insurance relating to installation and applications of roofing systems.
- CLC must have a contracting license as required by state laws and local ordinances, with work being done per the jurisdiction’s building codes.
- CLC must work with strategic emphasis on maintenance and roof life extension.
b) High Quality Materials
THERMOTEK™ certifies that the submitted high quality materials have been actively engaged in the manufacture industry for a minimum period of 10 years prior to submittals and assumes full responsibility of its performance.
c) Customized Systems (Application Guides)
According to your necessity, THERMOTEK™ products are committed to be used for:
- Roof restorations
- Re-roofing
- New construction applications

d) Owner Maintenance Guidelines
THERMOTEK™ GROUP recommends periodic roof system evaluations to ensure the optimal performance of the roofing system. We suggest regular maintenance inspections be conducted by a THERMOTEK™ Technical Representative or by someone specially trained in THERMOTEK™ roofing installations and THERMOTEK™ roofing products.
In order to ensure that the THERMOTEK™ Roofing System will continue performing to its fullest, the following maintenance items included in the THERMOTEK™ Care and Maintenance Program must be followed, and are the responsibility of the building owner and are not included within the scope of the Roofing System Warranty.
- Have a SCHEDULE to inspect and maintain your roof in shape. Note that if you frequently inspect your roof, you can detect minor problems before they become serious and you will add more years to the life of your roof. ALWAYS track your roof maintenance.
- Although THERMOTEK™ GROUP recommends restricted access to your roof. For your convenience THERMOTEK™ provides you a Warranty Maintenance Log to keep track of who, when and for what access to your roof.

To properly apply THERMOTEK™ products when implementing any of our THERMOTEK™ systems on a project, THERMOTEK™ GROUP recommends you specific tools and equipment.

THERMOTEK™ LIMITED WARRANTY
According to established within the executed Limited Warranty:
“We as THERMOTEK™ GROUP guarantee that since our products are shipped from the production plant they will be free of manufacturing defects. THERMOTEK™ roofing products will remain properly adhered to the substrate for the stated period. All the recommendations contained herein follow tests we consider as reliable and are subject to change without prior notice. THERMOTEK™ GROUP does not assume any responsibility for coverage, performance on injuries resulting from storage, handling or use of our products. Liability, if any, is limited to product replacement from the completion date of the work, to the terms stated within the executed warranty”.
