Company Advantage Statement
Hi my name is Agustin and I work at Budget Roofing Supply as the Friendly Customer Service Specialist in Delivery. Many times our customers are faced with delivery personnel who are there to just collect a paycheck. Us at BRS provide a more friendly and personalized customer service experience. As our unofficial internal motto says “Our customers are our family.”

Bible, and I also love the to listen to The Door McAllen Podcast

What is something I’d like to fix:
Attitude from other companies, I want them to come and see use… and stay with us because of the experience that they had with us.

What do I do at BRS:
I deliver and roof load shingles to local roofers.

Credentials/Past Exp:
I have been a commercial driver for almost 10 years, as well as being employed with other Roofing supply companies. I have 3 years’ experience in roof loading with conveyor belt trucks as well as knuckle boom (crane) trucks. I have also been in the customer service industry for over 15 years!

What I like about working at BRS:
What I like about working at BRS is the atmosphere my boss provides! It almost doesn’t even feel like I am working, but I am!

Values that drive me:
My back ground is in Music!

What I enjoy doing:
On my off time I enjoy Going to church and being supper involved in My Church ( The Door Christian Fellowship) I Lead all Music and Musicals at My Church!

Greatest/Unusual skill:
I enjoy Singing Opera..haha
